Management sucks, won't let you work from home even though half of department seniors are working from home. No salary increment to junior or mid level of professional, only raise & bonuses to dept. head and project manager, nothing on Christmas too!

Good staff to work with- friendly-will move you in first 2 months to different departments to learn about various technical parts involved in project, thats really nice to learn in early stage to get better idea about the job.

pay increment is very less even after year vacation benefits starts after 1 year
