Pros
Company has been good to me and my family. Management is very open and honest with their employees.
Cons
Our industry has been hit hard over the past seven years and it has been a challenge for all employee with limited resources, as we resized to fit the current economy. Hopefully we are over the worst and I am looking forward to retiring at Reichhold.
