- Lots of support for when you need it - Provides product/service that actually solves companies problems - Lots of really smart people to work with & learn from - Company is growing - Work hard to make sure clients are happy and receiving the best service - Customer Service is a top priority, so any feedback that is given from clients is taken seriously and worked on to improve going forward

- The company is growing at a fast rate and we are getting to where we want to go quicker than expected. (Not really a con)

Owner values employees and doesn't micro-manage. Very good vision and very exciting changes happening. Culture is mixture of young and experienced who like having fun.

The company can get busy at times which eats into weekends. But this is IT.
