Some good events through the year for employees and family, free lunches too at milestone events. Bonuses; health; dental and RRSP

Even though they have benefits, they used to be better, now are sliding backwards every time they change health providers slowly, health and RRSP. Wages have become stagnant; even moving backwards over the last few years, no increases in a long time. The Concorde division management are unapproachable and are intimidating. The open door policy is a farce. After been there for very many years, a union might be needed a wake up call to bring attention to how they treat floor staff and especially supervisors. There communication is excellant, they have meetings about having meetings, they just need to get them to the shop floor staff.
