Culture of Fear Terrible management Huge arrogant egos Treat employees like slaves No career development No work life balance Pay is average at best Promises of bonuses to get you to join, but unless you are part of the higher elite, you'll never see one None of the senior management would so much as look at you let alone say hello. Including the owner who regards everyone that works there as an ant. This company is fueled by greed and only exists to make those at the top richer. There is some really bad karma here. Stay away if you value your sanity.
