Pros
You can get a little bit of experience as a courier, which is alwasy appreciated in other companies
Cons
- The payment is ridiculously low. They must think people are stupid. I made 150 euro for 25 hours of work (I spend 50 euro in petrol during that time). That is way less than the minimun wage, which is just unacceptable.
- They don't tell you how much you are going to earn. They tell you that you'll get a certain percentage of how much you produced during the week. Since they pay one week after the week ends, you'll have to work for two weeks to see your first ridiculously low payment. I quit the day I received my first payslip.
- The addresses are messy, confusing and incomplete. In some cases, you'll have to return the packages because of that, and you don't get paid for this.
- If you don't "remind" them that they have to pay you every week, they just won't do it. Specially after you quit and you are waiting for your last payment
