- Relay Payments is one of the most unhealthy and chaotic environments I have ever worked in
- Turnover is extreme, with employees constantly coming and going in a short time
- New hires disappear withing weeks as if they were never there
- The "owner" title feels misleading, as it mostly translates to higher pressure, higher targets, and more responsibility with little return
- Plans constantly change without warning
- Compensations shifts unpredictably, making it difficult to trust what is promised
-Deals fall apart for unclear reasons with little to no explanation
- Clear answers and transparency are rarely provided
- There is no real stability or path for growth, only constant scrambling to keep up with nonstop change
