      There are no pros to working here in my opinion

      Cons

      Inaccurate job description - it is no guarantee that you will make the $800-$1000 a week that is advertised. You will start at part-time hours and get paid minimum wage. You do not earn commission unless you make over what minimum would have given you that week. Harsh on employees - Expect to be ridiculed about break times and critiqued harshly on performance Expect employees to make work the center of their life - There is homework to do off the clock, book club you will be pressured to attend, and group chat that goes off all hours of the night

      Decent pay, awesome advancement opportunities, flexible, great communication, outside learning available

      Lots of standing, people telling you no can hurt a bit, challenging, retail

      Pros

      Family oriented, flexible schedule, fun environment. Relentless has been a second family for me. They welcomed me with open arms. I was at a job before that I did not enjoy and I also had no marketing experience but that didn’t matter with relentless. They have helped me every step of the way to get me to be the best I can be. This is truly the best career I have ever had and I can not wait to see how far I go.

      Cons

      No downsides honestly. I enjoy every aspect of this career.
