Pros
Somewhat flexible with scheduling - if you need time off they will accomodate. Great 401K match!
Cons
Extrordinarily high turnover. Over 50% per year in my office. Very uneven pay for employees ($25K/year difference for two new hires with fairly equal experience), owner read a book and runs the company (poorly) by the book. Needless meetings, nit-picky over time, bills clients more than time spent on helping them. Unacheivable bonus plan.
