The owners are great to work for! Always keeping us up to date on company's growth and progress. They've always made me feel part of a team from the first day I started, and I still feel that way today! Management notices hard work, and acknowledges it not only to you, but to the owners as well. If you come to work, ready to work and do your best, it does get noticed. Aside of business, they randomly buy lunch for us, and even do off work activities such as company picnics and bowling :).
