      Very forward thinking organization, compassionate to clients, and excellent in house training. Very kind managers, great company spirit.

      Low salary, and can seem very arbitrary on if you move up or to another property.

      Pros

      Good management, easy training, company culture is very uplifting and positive, they treat they employees to a breakfast, outings, and bonuses throughout the year.

      Cons

      The outcome dealing with members basically comes down to this. It's 5% the situation 95% the way you react to it. If you remain calm everything will turn out just fine.

      tight knit company, feels like a family. Great work they do for the surrounding communities

      Due to it being a non-profit company, the wages are capped, and are not fitting to the level of work you're doing.
