Pros

Remote work, some interesting/fun clients especially if you are not from Utah.

Cons

Listen, i could write a novel. Upper managers work probably 4 hours a week and use their choice to be parents as an excuse for everything. There is no leadership. The lights won't be on for long with the lack of responsibility from "leaders" HUGE turn over!!! Everyone leaves quickly if they aren't laid off. Clients see a new face on every meeting and see the red flag. The company has 0 interest in employee retention and its visible in every aspect of the job. This leads to a horrendous company culture or a culture that doesn't exist. They think bringing sandwiches in for a group birthday lunch once a month is company culture. Pay is FAR below market value. You won't believe the raise i got from simply switching companies and doing the exact same thing. Especially in Utah, there are companies that have amazing benefits and this job has 0 I could write for hours (and people do on other sites hint hint) but lets just summarize by saying, this is a job you will absolutely regret taking. Utah has a phenomenal job market with companies that pay well with actual benefits and real culture, keep looking because no one is desperate enough to work here.

Pros

The company really cares about the people who work here.

Cons

Kind of a small company. Not as much room for growth.

Pros

I've had a great 2 years working at Relic. I initially joined the accounts team through previous relationships, and from there, I was promoted. After a year, I transitioned into revenue operations—a move I was initially hesitant about. However, as the company evolved into a more streamlined brand with a clear vision, I found that the expectations and goals were well-defined, which helped ease that transition. My thoughts and concerns were heard by my manager, and each week, steps were taken to make me feel good about the transition. The training was in place, and I felt like my manager (JP) genuinely led his team well and had a clear vision for our department. Looking at some of the negative reviews, I can understand that Relic's approach and culture may not be the right fit for everyone. But from my experience, the company set clear expectations for me. Those who thrive here are adaptable, proactive about their ambitions, aligned with the team's direction, and willing to help rather than stand around waiting to be told what to do.

Cons

Like any company, leadership styles vary, and some managers are stronger than others. However, those who actively support their teams and provide clear direction make a significant impact. Internal mobility is a strength, increased transparency around promotion opportunities could encourage even more engagement from those looking to grow. Overall, the good days outweigh the hard days.
