The people and management is so great to get along with and I love the work its steady and really nothing hard about any of it.

There is really no cons about Remar.

Supportive ownership and sales support staff

Too focused on bottom line instead of a long term strategy for sustainable growth. Unequal access to distribution channels but that is changing due to rapid growth. Overly territorial environment within sales team. Should be more of a teamwork and supportive environment.
