Pros
1. Good Learning Experience 2. I had the opportunity to avail the flexible working hours.
Cons
1. No timely appraisal (firstly it took more then 6 months to receive appraisal and then following year it It took 11 months and I had to finally quit) 2. No Hierarchy (There is only one lead cum manager cum owner ) 3. No HR Policies ( Individual is expected to only work without giving a concerned thought that he has a personal life as well ) 4. Employee Referral Bonus exists but you can't see it (I had referred two candidates who stayed for almost a year but i never received the bonus) 5. No Compensation (No Medical Insurance, No PF even though more then 20 employees existed )
