Pros

Working on interesting and fairly unique games. Free private Healthcare. Some meals bonuses. Focus on art before pure profit. Hasn't let anybody go even in these difficult industry times.

Cons

Working with a very unfliendly and limited custom engine that will take away 70% of your time instead of letting you focus on developing games (this applies to artists, designers, programmers). You will need to figure out a solution to problems that have already been solved a billion times, better than we could ever solve them, if only we used pre-made engines. Too much focus on making similar games all over again. Toxic pretentious leadership that thinks they are gods and make completely random decisions without a shred of trust in their people (making them bosses, not leads). They can literally do anything they want with no consequence from HQ, and they keep being protected. Terrible communication between departments and individuals, many of whom lack in human interaction skills. Pay is low, for almost everybody, because it's not a company that nets much. Because of the above reason, all the smartest and most passionate people leave, while furniture people stay. This persistently makes things worse, until eventually they will collapse. No bonuses.

Cool offices. Cool games. Nice small perks (gym, lunch allowance, Finnish lessons, free soft drinks, outings). Good medical insurance.

Cons

Time and resource management issues. Non-natives at a disadvantage career wise, despite the company working in English.
