I worked in the warehouse and it was easy going, especially on nights. Load and unload 18 wheelers, deliver supplies throughout plant. Only reason I left was to follow a different career path I enjoyed more

None really. Sometimes you’d have to work overtime last minute because they didn’t meet their quota for the week/month on how many bullets/shells they wanted to produce but other than that it was a great job

Interesting and engaging field of work. Passionate peers, Unique problems sets and high level technical engineering exposure. Layered exposure to project management, design, and process engineering.

Sparse resources lead to unfinished and unguided outcomes plant wide. Capable and resourceful engineering/leadership is rewarded with frustration, confusion and strife. Plantwide functions are waterboarded by daily reactionary complications and struggle to keep the lights on.
