She can learn and adapt. She is punctual, responsible and possess good people skills. She has an average sales skills and should work on learning the nuances of sales. Since, she is leading the sales team officially, she needs to be a little tough on people and should say No to her seniors. If she acknowledges her shortcomings and work on it, she has a good potential to become an excellent sales leader. Another star for her. I learnt nothing from the remaining members I worked with.
