      You can work as much OT as you want

      Cons

      The demand you work 20hrs OT every week. And don’t even think about asking for a raise because this company can’t even pay its bills. Workers make slightly above minimum wage.

      Leadership only cares about the numbers in the spreadsheet. Doesn’t care about the employees who hits there goals just adds more to them.
