Work environment, management, positive coworkers. Employees are respected and treated well. I have been with a company for a very long time and always felt that my manager was doing a good job guiding me, as requirement for the position changed. Employee turn around is very minimal, with many long terms employees. Same for management staff, solid team, been there a long time.

Highly toxic upper management - neglects projects until a problem has snowballed, shifts blame, and lies to their customers and their employees. Terrible communication if there is any at all. The company is run on office politics, rumors, and finger pointing. Ideas and suggestions are requested but are immediately shot down and squashed when given. Employees are never recognized positively. Remtec sets you up for failure, creates an environment in which you simply cannot thrive, and then punishes you if you don't succeed despite the challenges they create. In 2 short years the company has plummeted to the ground, the culture is traumatizing, the hiring process is highly unethical, and customers are consistently line down for weeks to months on end.
