Environment where a individual gets to learn the skills taught in MBA program. The skills that are required to effectively communicate, operate and excel in the business world. Great people with a great environment to grow as a person but especially as a entrepreneur. 90% of all the CEO'S in America started in Sales. Sales teaches you the power of the word "NO". Every "No" i hear i learn how to better communicate with people, how to be more confident, how to over turn a objection, how to respond under pressure. Individuals also get to not only learn all of these skills but also get to teach them as well. If a individual wishes to learn how to excel and thrive in the world of business this is the perfect environment to be in. Nothing is easy, hard work is required but isn't anything worth having worth working hard for?
Cons
My hours are definitely different then the standard 9 to 5. However my hours are not anything that is abnormal. This is not a get rich quick job. This is not a pyramid scheme there is no bait, or cheese on a mouse trap, you have to be willing to actually work. This isn't a job that a individual can come give half effort to and be successful. This job is not meant for people who like things handed to them. This job is not for people who complain about their circumstances, it's for people who will work hard to change their circumstances. This job is full of opportunity but the opportunity won't take itself, it must be taken.
