Pros

Great benefits package and PTO

Cons

Extremely low compensation compared to industry peers, paired with toxic leadership, has fostered a deeply unhealthy work environment. This has been the most challenging company ever I’ve worked for. Layoffs have become more frequent. Leadership often avoids accountability by delegating decisions to lower-level employees. Favoritism is widespread, and micro aggressions from individuals at all levels go unchecked, contributing to a hostile atmosphere. Micro aggressive behavior is frequently reported to leadership but often dismissed or glossed over, reinforcing a culture where harmful behavior is tolerated rather than addressed. Despite claiming to value their employees, this company consistently proves otherwise. It fosters a toxic, unhealthy environment where people are overworked, underappreciated, and micromanaged. Innovation and independent thinking are discouraged, leaving little room for growth or genuine collaboration.

Pros

Some of the most amazing people you’ll ever work with. Generally supportive peers. Leaders are kind and not intentionally toxic. Strong brand recognition and a variety of solutions to enable solution selling.

Cons

The culture of the organization seems to have succumbed to the broader climate surrounding politics and education. Immense pressure is placed on sales team to deliver in saturated territories with beyond unachievable quotas for some and cake quotas for others. No cost of living increases, lots of layoffs and unclear path for growth with an egregious lack of transparency from leadership about the glaring issues. NONE of this seems intentional or malicious-it just seems like a lot of behaviors caused by extreme desperation.
