      There is no decent salary hike. At the time of joining, the HR promises to pay 100–125% (or even up to 150%) of the variable pay. However, when it comes time to actually pay it out, they end up paying only about half, citing poor business performance as the reason.

      Renault provides excellent technical training and encourages employees to take ownership of their development. Resources for upskilling, especially in new technologies, are readily available.

      Cons

      As with any large, established automotive corporation, decision-making can be slow and sometimes bureaucratic. Getting approval or consensus across the different global divisions can take time.
