Pros

After working in startups for several years, I felt they would get to a certain point and thought it was time to move on. I have been at Team Awesome for many years, and I believe I am at a company that I want to stay at for a long time. The chance for self-improvement, learning, and expanding my role has always been there from day one in the company. All these years later, that is still there. Rencore has a culture and values which I feel have grown naturally from the early days, and even now, as it expands, it still feels like those values exist. Benefits such as remote-first company, flexibility in your day-to-day work, and take what you need holiday policy help embrace a people-centric culture at Rencore. Founders are still an integral part of Rencore and are very much involved and speak to people across the company. Finally, they take on board when issues arise (as is natural with any company going through growth). A few years ago, communication was an issue; they embraced the problems and prioritised improving communication across the organisation.

Cons

Honestly, I was struggling to find something here. The best I could come up with was that as we grow, we need to ensure we have a chance as employees to embrace culture together more often...

Pros

+ remote work + working in an office in Munich possible + you can choose when you want to work and when to take breaks + unlimited holidays + no timely pressure - nothing is so important that it can´t wait until tomorrow ( I am not a sales person ;) ) + Rencore takes care of your work life balance + culture matters + they try to keep everyone connected via remote work + open feedback culture + possiblity to grow

Cons

+ sometimes hard to stay connected to collegues via remote work + the more freedom the less rules and boundaries - although they won´t approach you after hours and on days off, but I am writing this because some people need a certain structure ;)
