multiple confusing systems - coming from a workplace that used Qube, the countless systems can be overwhelming when you are thrown in at the deep end, plus more that are specific to the client and essentially duplicate the work demanding clients who expect a lot too many properties per portfolio meaning that the people who 'shout the loudest' are seen to first which means i can give enough time to the others no diary system so you need to be super organised to ensure nothing is forgotton/left 3 day response time high volume of emails daily meaning that working overtime (unpaid) is essential to be on top of work load
