      Pros

      Great set of baseline employees that work very hard. Company has great opportunities if given a chance.

      Cons

      Extremely biased, narrow-minded, out-of-touch management. Uses threats to make employees comply with management desires. Employees and community now unsafe with too few employees left after forced layoffs/retirements last year.

      Pros

      A lot of great people, strong leadership, room to advance in your career. Will be challenged to reach your full potential.

      Cons

      Long hours, S&OP department performed more task than was required, but came to be expected. Working on other people's time to get information that is critical to your role.

      Pros

      The best thing about Rennesenz is the great people. The work is challenging and the workload is reasonable, so work / life balance is good.

      Cons

      Not much to say here, other than my job is contract, so that is about the only drawback. Good company to work for.
