      Pros

      My coworkers were my favorite part of this job

      Cons

      The company is very cutthroat. They have no problem for seeing you into positions that aren't a good fit for you. They are understaffed and their employees are overworked. They try to squeeze as much work out of a person as they can possibly get. The bottom line is the managers and the higher ups get all of the perks and the rest are just employees. Anything good that they do they do for the publicity.

      - Positive, fun and friendly environment. Everyone I work with feels like a large family. - No micromanagement. No metrics to "prove" how good of a recruiter I am. - Opportunities for growth - Executive leadership is genuinely passionate about the residents and this line of work. Family-owned and operated and it makes all the difference!
