Pros
I enjoyed meeting with customers...when I was not repossessing from them. Pay was okay but not the best. Lots of autonomy when on routes and dealing with customers.
Cons
Long hours, poor opportunities to move up, some homes that you had to enter were hazardous (i.e. hoarding, roaches, drug use, bad neighborhoods), and the values and culture of the whole organization were not very good; they would sell broken and dirty items. Items returned to fix were sold to other customers and replacements did not match the original items.
