Pros

Coworkers are ok, pay is decent until recently, and the benefits are the best thing

Cons

Everything from how people are treated, forced to work 8 am -9pm regularly of your collections aren’t at standard. There is a complete lack of respect for people and their time, there is ZERO work-life balance. Hope you don’t have a family, because you will miss all events. Regardless of tenure, knowledge, achievements, dedication, hard work ethic, excellent customer service, loyalty, etc, you are just a number and all that matters is their investors and their bottom line. So far as to making the stores get their own service vendors after removing the company’s product service program. They were paying people higher the last several years, now they have decreased it significantly and are getting rid of people making above the average they’re hiring people at, still expecting ridiculous amount of workload. Everyone is replaceable. Don’t have a life? Then it’s perfect if you like being emotionally abused and worked to death.
