rough - Store Manager Rent-A-Center Employee Review

horrible salary, unrealistic expectations, store managers are the only employee who do not get paid holidays, Upper management does not see store managers as human beings only as numbers. No understanding when when unexpected life events happen (immediate family member death, Natural disaster, serious illness) it is expected that your entire life revolve around the store. No work life balance. Only business I've ever worked for where the store manager has to be there open to close every single day including saturdays. No perks to being a manager with this company
