      I loved working for this company for the past 34 years.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, due to poor leadership from our parent company, Redfin, the company was forced to shut down. As a result, almost 600 people who poured their heart and soul into Rent., lost their jobs.

      Love having to work with great minds (that don't think alike), creating/defining processes together, and leveraging technology to drive efficiency.

      There was no clear communication or much room for advancement unless you were close to someone in leadership.
