I had the unfortunate experience of working at Rent it Furnished and I must say, it was one of the most traumatizing experiences of my whole entire professional career. The management at this company is completely incompetent and the CEO/ Owner, in particular, seems to have no grasp on reality, she is extremely rude and aggressive to all her employees and makes sure to address them in so many occasions in such a demeaning manner.
Her attitude creates a toxic work environment where employees feel undervalued and disrespected all the time as her main focus is to fill her own pockets while using the employees as tools to do so.
Moreover, the company culture is extremely toxic, fostered by a top-down approach as the CEO values profits over (in her view) disposable people. She also sets the tone for this culture based on fear and total intimidation, where employees are constantly afraid of speaking out or saying anything.
Overall, I would strongly advise anyone considering employment here to proceed with extreme caution. The management's incompetence and the CEO's aggressive behaviour make it a scaring experience and I wouldn't wish it upon anyone.
