      I find an 8 hour a day isn't enough, but it's a great place to work if you want to take on leadership opportunities and grow in your career.

      Pros

      The process of being on-boarded as a new Account Manager was dynamite. Every department has been a joy to work with, especially HR and Sales. Super excited to join the organization and help them grow an already robust client portfolio.

      Cons

      None that I experienced, just keep doing it right!

      Pros

      One thing that is very important to me is being in a mission-oriented company. The new leadership has steered the company towards a direction I am completely behind. The product really does help our customers and that is something that drives me and the rest of my team to do our best work. Knowing the work I do on a daily basis creates positive change makes me excited to come to work daily. I have also never worked with a more diverse team it's great to work with people who have different points of view.

      Cons

      We have very aggressive goals so its not a place for people who shy away from that
