I am however disappointed to see the low score you have given us, even though you are positive about the colleagues that you work with and the job that you do. As you are aware we invest heavily in our frontline colleagues who are provided with industry-leading training and development along with a competitive package which includes the regular opportunities for re-grading and career progression, this is in addition to earning overtime and uncapped commission on top of their basic salary, alongside additional employee benefits such as RI Rewards. You mention our new offering of Flexible Working Contracts which I must say have on the whole been received very positively by colleagues across the frontline within the organisation, as they provide the opportunity for our colleagues to manage their own time and provide an enhanced work/life balance. As you will be aware Rentokil Initial undertakes regular colleague feedback with our Your Voice Counts (YVC) surveys, which are designed to ensure that every colleague has a opportunity for their voice to be heard. The purpose of YVC is to ensure that we can listen to and address areas of our business where the feedback suggests that changes need to be made. We would always request that any colleague who doesn’t agree with their contract, takes this issue up directly with their line manager so we can address it; or if they don't feel comfortable talking to them, to contact our HR team.
