- Work can change on a dime depending on position - Company growing so fast that there is always work to complete

The company had a great culture, and gives lot of opportunity to those employees that want to further their career. My manager is also amazing, and I like the ability to work from home.

Compensation was solid (if unspectacular), but they have taken steps to improve it. As well, the culture is still strong, though it has been tougher since so many new employees have been hired remote only.
