Cons
VP of Commercial has no sales skills and is protected by the business. A new CEO, CGO and various changes in the sales team, but he stays. Help is only offered if you ask certain employees and there is no KPIs. The company have also been known to not pay staff correctly. Lack of progression opportunities - company is a stepping stone.
