      The salary they offer is good enough for that market (compared to what the other companies from the same city offer). Being a start-up, there is an ample amount of opportunities to learn new things from and take up the leadership role easily. Seniors are mostly from the renowned market research firms in India, so learning from them is quite beneficial for the long run.

      Cons

      The Kolkata extension should have got a better office premise.

      nothing except Work from Home

      Cons

      No salary on time, No PF on time, and after resignation no FNF on time and after 1 month they will not pick your calls or even reply to your messages. They just know how to exploit their employees by not giving any compensation or benefits and will make you work overtime. Bad work life balance and seriously bad management.
