      -Good people at lower levels in the organization

      Cons

      -Yearly reorgs and layoffs -Upper management places no value on employees -Expectation to work lots of overtime - many people work 60+ hours per week -Limited opportunity for advancement

      - Supportive & respectful colleagues. - Positive atmosphere throughout office. - Management team is understanding and they have a good balance with autonomy & also providing adequate support. - Diverse and inclusive.
