      Pros

      Its really good to have a job in this times where airlines are not hiring.

      Cons

      Awful bases, overnights are short and in bad hotels, pay isnt even close to what people at a major are making and we work way harder.

      Typical depressing work environment. Right on par with classic corporate America. High expectations with normal midwest pay.
