Not So Elite - Billing Specialist Republic Elite Employee Review

Lack of leadership. They have too many CEO/CFO's and no real leadership. They use "material deposits" to fund their current financial obligations and not for the projects these funds are really for. Very shady business practices. One Manager makes workers work excessive hours, some have been in tears, others quit, or transferred to other jobs. Lacks diversity in hiring all races, no employee culture as employee group was disbanded. The salaries are not sustainable based on their true financial picture. Most of the employees who worked and cared have left because of the shady business practices of the company. Really more Cons than Pros.
