Pros

If you want to work long hours and not get payed OT this could be the place for you! If enjoy driving POS trucks it could also be the place for you. You you want to hear about saftey, safety and safety but no one stands behind it its a great place to work. If you want to work for less money then what you wrre hired for it could be the place for you also. If you enjoy favoritism at the work place, you guessed it. This is the place for you. If you love tension between your co-workers, once again this is the place for you.

Cons

Everything. Arguing with shop every morning cause they don't fix the trucks. Most of the trucks are in poor shape. Some trucks have violations and are being put out on route. No engagement from higher management. Run out of proper equipment to do the job all the time. For a company that claims safety all the time,Saftey briefs are a joke. Poorly trained drivers being hired. Transfer station is is extreamly poor shape, accidents waiting to happen. No care in the world when it comes to drivers concerns. The push, push, push method does not work. Poorly trained management, lies from management on a daily basis. Driver's are being shorted on their pay. Driver's pay is going on if they like you or not.. Other's are not getting paid what they we're told. This email system you have going on is out of control. No-one knows how to do their job. They just send e-mails all day long. Seems like people are put in authority roles because they feel bad for them.

Pros

The pay is competitive, especially with overtime opportunities, and there is strong potential to earn a solid income for employees willing to work hard. The job also provides steady work and consistent hours, which can be valuable for drivers looking for financial stability.

Cons

The work/life balance for roll-off drivers can be difficult, particularly when working weekends. Drivers are often scheduled in a way that keeps hours under 60 while still requiring Saturday work, rather than being given an additional recovery day during the week. With the level of physical labor involved, one day off is often not enough to properly recover. There is also a heavy emphasis on “swinging” containers. While swings can make sense when locations are far apart, many are scheduled for stops that are very close together and provide little operational benefit. Swings add significantly more physical labor for drivers and, in some cases, can actually take longer than traditional service methods. Over time, consistently working 55–60 hour weeks under these conditions can lead to fatigue and burnout.
