Pros

Nothing-- maybe the free snacks but that's about it. Hr tries to have get together but it's so awkward and intimidating for everyone.

Cons

Where do I start, if want to work for the crappiest , toxic company then you've found it. Ceo is terrible, hr is a joke. There's so many tech start up in the valley that is 100x better than this company, made the mistake of coming here. If you are desperate and have no choice than bite the bullet; seriously save yourself from having future heart attacks or even cancer from working here. Not a healthy place to grow, colleagues are scared out of their minds...don't know how a company like this is still running. Don't believe me -- go try it...dare I say I didn't warn you about Reputation and its reputation. Runnnnnnnnnnnnn!

We truly hope that you have found a place where you are happy after your departure from Reputation. While HR can't always make every employee happy, we do try to be approachable, empathetic, and respectful of every employee's experience. We wish you'd come to us to discuss your concerns - but ultimately it sounds like you made the right decision for you. Best of luck!

Pros

*Benefits are a bit pricey, but you'll be well covered *Great coworkers *Lunch for in office workers.

Cons

*Constant layoffs. Even after leaving I'm still seeing a lot of former colleagues being let go. Great talent has been let go to cut costs. *Pay is much lower than industry average and it seems there is no budget to increase pay. *Platform has bugs and issues that were never resolved by engineering, leaving teams to develop work arounds and frustrating clients. *For bugs that are addressed, solutions take weeks to months to get fixed frustrating clients and resulting in churn. *Lack of direction and leadership. All teams are on their own path without clear direction. *No 401k match.
