      Pros

      Great Place to work Great work-life balance Good and on-time salary Good Pantry Diverse Environment Global Exposure It is a college itself in the office (So much to learn from the people around you) Approachable leadership

      Cons

      The mode of communication mostly happens in the local language (Telugu) as most people are from Hyderabad instead of English. No transparency in the team. No proper training plan for the new joiners. Seniors with less knowledge take credit for most things and do not include juniors in every conversation. Lack of hierarchy over the responsibilities.

      Pros

      *Benefits are a bit pricey, but you'll be well covered *Great coworkers *Lunch for in office workers.

      Cons

      *Constant layoffs. Even after leaving I'm still seeing a lot of former colleagues being let go. Great talent has been let go to cut costs. *Pay is much lower than industry average and it seems there is no budget to increase pay. *Platform has bugs and issues that were never resolved by engineering, leaving teams to develop work arounds and frustrating clients. *For bugs that are addressed, solutions take weeks to months to get fixed frustrating clients and resulting in churn. *Lack of direction and leadership. All teams are on their own path without clear direction. *No 401k match.
