      Researchers are great and knowledgeable. Potential to be a good product

      Cons

      Management and overhead is unprofessional and have lots of egos which prevent the company from succeeding. There is a lack of knowledgable and experienced scientists in the leadership team. CEO and CTO do not inspire the team and create lots oslf unnecessary drama.
