Pros
ResMed is an innovative, growing company and offers jobs with purpose. Culture is friendly, non-hierarchical and informal. You get freedom and you are allowed to do many things, you are really empowered, not what I experienced working in big corporations. People join for many different reasons, like innovation, digital technology, interesting job content but the main reason they stay is the people and team collaboration.
Cons
You have to be able to deal with ambiguity. The spirit is enterpreneural and you need to look for solutions yourself. The organisation is relatively lean, you get many responsibilities but processes are sometimes not defined yet or clear so you have to be willing to deal with a certain ambiguity.
