      Pros

      Learn new departments really fast.

      Cons

      No bonus. No raise. If you get hired on with the company you get no raise at all. No yearly raise, nothing. If they see that you are proficient in areas they have you constantly moving. And many more issues.

      Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

      Cons

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
