culture, atmosphere, teamwork, low politics, nice package, good growth
Cons
-slow process, young organisation, too frequent org change, career progression for technical persons are very slow, annual salary increase is not good -with change of manage of 4 times in 3 years, I did not have much career progression -some internal teams and external suppliers are difficult to work with.
