      Pros

      Fantastic company to work for. Great leadership with excellent vision and transparency about the direction of the company. Growing and challenging, but fun, smart people to work with! Excellent work environment.

      Data and information can be challenging. Systems can be improved, but this is being discussed and hopefully addressed.

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
