Pros
Young environment of people and that is pretty much all i can say is nice about this place. And snacks. Not sure how the other reviews can be so positive. Maybe they are fake.
Cons
Chaotic, unorganized, decisions do not have proper follow through. Titles are given in a popularity contest manner. Promoted employees leave anyway. Un-managed work load. Constant "all hands on deck" situations, which are passed as pitfalls of a start-up/growing company, however in this case it is poor management. Old equipment that is not suitable for the work performed and constantly crashes. People work with broken computer screens. Office space looks and smells like it has not seen a cleaning crew in years - i don't believe it gets vacuumed at all. Reward for a job well done is bigger work load
