Pros
RMC has many events to involve its people to allow them to get to know each other. Leadership, such as PMs, keep up communication well and do a good job in making sure the quality of life works for you, even allowing for opportunities to grow, whether on the job or for school.
Cons
Opportunities to grow within the organization itself (not through client organizations) are limited. If you don't plan on becoming a PM, verticality may be limited. Company has no HSA through their health insurance policies.
