      Pros

      I'd always maintained steady and gainful employment with Res. MFG. Everything from their professionalism in the HR department to the family cultured environment they've presented has been appreciated to the utmost extent.

      Cons

      they do not have enough office branches as i feel they deserves to be in every city small and major.

      Pros

      LOVED being on-site and acting as HR; from running ads, screening, interviewing, UA's, background cks and finally, hopefully, an offer

      Cons

      Using temp to perm staff in a small town, so quite a bit of "repeat performers" who have been dismissed by multiple clients. Very little "new candidates" to work with.
